Hello! I’m Morgan.

Welcome to my portfolio! My name is Morgan and I’m a graphic designer, illustrator, knitter, and a writer–well, sometimes. I graduated in Spring of ‘24 with a BFA in Graphic Design from Auburn University, and during my time in college I took up an interest in UX/UI design.

As an only child in Alabama, I spent most of my time on the computer––designing invitations for events that didn’t exist, curating my Tumblr theme, designing Minecraft texture packs, etc. My excessive time on the computer happened to lead me to graphic design, something I learned about it through a YouTube video of a girl showing off her coursework. My obsession with hoarding makeup packaging should have made it fairly obvious, but I’ve always had an affinity for making things look nice. Whenever I’m designing anything, be it a wireframe or a physical product, I ask myself one question:

“Would I tack this on my wall?”

“Uh, yeah… I’m thinking this is epic.”

“If you ever try to quit, I will zip-tie you to your desk so you can never leave me.”

—My boss, Traci

—My senior project committee (I must note that my committee said this with enthusiasm, there was this whole thing with senior project where everyone’s work was either “acceptable” or “unacceptable,” it was all very.. clinical?) My professor helped me carry my things back and I vaguely remember her telling me she absolutely loved my work, but it was all a blur. My ears were ringing from nerves.

“The committee finds your work acceptable.”
